Not yet. All Tap & Table Training courses are currently in the final stages of state approval. No enrollments, pre-sales, or certificates will be issued until approval is granted by the appropriate Texas agency (TDHHS for Food Handler and Food Manager, TABC for Seller/Server).

Yes. Once approved by TDHHS/TABC, your certificate will be valid statewide and accepted by employers, health departments, and regulatory agencies. 


Based on Texas state requirements:


  • Food Handler: 2 years
  • Food Manager: 5 years
  • TABC Seller/Server: 2 years


Yes. Once we launch, certificates will be available immediately at the end of the course and sent to your email.

Additional language releases may be phased in as approved.


Yes. Courses are designed to work on phones, tablets, and computers. 


Yes. We offer discounts for 10+, 25+, 50+, and 100+ learners. Businesses can also request invoicing and a dedicated admin login. 


Yes. We offer optional record-keeping, certification tracking, and team-level reporting.  


You can log into your Tap & Table dashboard to download additional copies for free anytime.

Credit/debit cards, prepaid cards, and business purchase orders (for large groups). 


Refunds are available before a course is started. Once a learner begins a course, Texas rules prohibit refunding completed training. 


Yes—upon course approval, Tap & Table courses will meet or exceed all DSHS and TABC requirements. 


No. Tap & Table focuses on Texas-specific requirements using the FDA Food Code, Texas Food Establishment Rules (TFER), and TABC rules. Our content is original and built for local compliance.
