Tap & Table Incorporated was created to make food-service and alcohol-service training more accessible, clear, and supportive for the people who rely on it every day. The founder saw that workers and businesses benefit from training that is easy to follow, confidently delivered, and aligned with state requirements. Tap & Table was built to provide exactly that — straightforward, reliable certification training that supports today’s fast-moving hospitality environment.

Supported by 10 years of professional experience in food safety, compliance, and workforce development, Tap & Table Incorporated aims to bridge the gap between regulatory standards and real-world needs. Our commitment is to deliver training that is dependable, accessible, and designed to help every learner succeed — whether they are entering the industry or advancing within it.

Tap & Table Incorporated is a Texas-based food safety and alcohol-service education provider dedicated to supporting the hospitality, retail, and food service workforce. We deliver clear, practical training that helps food workers, bartenders, managers, and business owners stay fully compliant with state regulations — without the confusion, stress, or high cost of traditional certification.

Our focus is on quality training, affordability, and access — ensuring every learner has the opportunity to meet state requirements without financial barriers or unnecessary complications.

As part of our long-term vision for community support, Tap & Table is planning to establish a community food pantry no later than early–to–mid 2027. 

This initiative will help serve underserved individuals and families by providing access to food resources and nutritional support.

This future program aligns with our values of public-health education, service, and giving back to the communities we train and support.
