Tap & Table Training is a compliance-driven, Texas-based food and alcohol safety education corporation dedicated to elevating food handling standards across the state. We combine regulatory accuracy with modern training design to make food safety accessible, efficient, and reliable.

We are currently not hiring pending funding; however, when recruitment starts, hiring will be conducted in 3 phases. Below is a list of Phase 1 positions we will be hiring for within the next 3- 6 months:

Business Attorney (on Retainer) -  provides ongoing legal guidance, contract review, and organizational structure support to ensure Tap & Table operates compliantly and protects its intellectual property from day one. 

Strategic Partnership Coordinator -  builds relationships with restaurants, schools, nonprofits, and community agencies to create long-term revenue opportunities. 

Compliance Officer -  ensures all course content, policies, and operational practices meet Texas DSHS regulations and FDA Food Code standards, enabling Tap & Table to maintain its compliance-first identity. 

LMS Content Manager/Course Developer -  creates, updates, and manages Tap & Table’s online training courses by designing modules, interactions, and assessments that are educational, accessible, and approval-ready. 

Accreditation Coordinator -  oversees business-level certifications, professional registrations, and compliance filings to maintain eligibility for partnerships, grants, and program approvals. 

Marketing Coordinator -  helps expand Tap & Table’s reach, strengthens brand visibility, and ensures consistent communication across digital channels. 

Tap & Table is building a statewide training ecosystem, and several listed roles represent our future staffing needs as the organization scales. Some positions will open immediately upon launch, while others will be onboarded in phases based on accreditation timelines, funding, and operational growth.
